ABOUT RE:BE MVMT

Hi, I’m Sara, and I love movement!

I’m a Reg. Personal trainer and MovNat Lev 1 trainer, and passionate about holistic health (in fact, my plan is to become a holistic health coach soon, too). RE:BE MVMT was born out of my desire to help others unlock their potential to move freely and naturally, and I do so with a holistic approach to movement and exercising. Moving and moving well is one of our fundamentals as a species, and I want to provide you with the tools to reclaim your capacity to do so.

In my practice, I emphasize natural movement, mobility and strength. The pillars for having a well functioning body. I may include ground movement, the carrying of heavy objects, and mobility in your workout. All catered to your level of fitness, of course. And play! Being playful is an important part of being human that we tend to forget as adults.

You can expect me to be committed to your practice and goals, include tips on how you can incorporate micro movement segments throughout your day, as well as tips on nutrition, holistic health and wellbeing.
